The Fresh Grove is a team of independent Ringana Fresh Partners (pending U.S. launch). This is a team page. It is not an official Ringana corporate website.
What this site collects
If you write to us, the note may include your name, how to reach you, and whether you are here for the products, the business, or both. If you arrived from a partner’s link, that partner’s name is attached so the note reaches them.
The site may also receive technical data browsers send automatically — for example IP address, browser type, and the page you came from — when the host logs the request.
Why it is used
- To send your note to the partner you named, or whose link you used
- To reply if you asked to be contacted
- To remember who sent you, so the page can show their name
- To operate and protect this site
This site does not sell your personal information.
Who it is shared with
Your note is shared with the Fresh Grove partner it is addressed to, and with the tools that store it (including our database host). Ringana corporate may receive your information later only if you enroll as a customer or partner through official Ringana channels. Those later terms are Ringana’s, not this page’s.
Cookies
A cookie named grove_with may remember which partner’s link you opened, so the page can keep their name. This site does not run advertising pixels. Your browser controls that cookie.
How long it is kept
Notes are kept so the partner can follow up, until you ask to be removed or the team no longer needs them for that conversation.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information collected from this site, or opt out of messages. Residents of California and other U.S. states may have additional privacy rights. Write us through the contact form on the team page or on Instagram at @the.fresh.grove. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
Children
This site is for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change.
